Refund policy
Exchanges:
You may request an exchange free of charge within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. The shoes must be unused, with tags, and the packaging must be in perfect condition. To initiate an exchange, please follow these
steps:
- Send an email to hello@bambasfootwear.ae, including the order number and the new size.
- You will receive an email accepting the exchange. If the desired size is out of stock, you may choose another model from our store.
- You will be contacted by the courier who will deliver the new order, and you will need to hand over the previous one at no cost to you.
Defective or wrong item:
While all our products are handmade, they may include subtle variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as small imperfections. These details are inherent to the artisanal process and should not be considered manufacturing defects. Each pair is unique, and these features do not compromise their quality. However, if you believe there is a defect in the received order or if there has been a shipping error, please send an email to hello@bambasfootwear.ae explaining the problem and attach a photo, so that we can assess and rectify the issue.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and cannot find another product available in our store, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return and receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To request a return, send an email to hello@bambasfootwear.ae, including order number and reason for return (for quality assurance purposes). The shoes must be unused, with tags, and the packaging must be in perfect condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For payments done using Cash on Delivery payment method (UAE orders) refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
For out-of-UAE deliveries:
- We offer a courier collection service for all returns/exchanges outside of United Arab Emirates. The charge for this service varies depending on the weight and size of the item being returned, as well as the location. This fee will be deducted from your refundable value.
- If you chose to exchange for a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched to you. In addition, shipping charges apply for all out-of-UAE exchanges (both return and new delivery).
