Shipping Policy

• Bambas Footwear delivers across the UAE, 7 days a week and the following countries: KSA, Qatar, Bahrein, Kuwait and Oman. Rest of the World please drop us a message here
• We offer both Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery within the UAE. For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure that the exact cash amount is available, as our drivers are unable to provide change. COD is only available in the UAE. Outside UAE, COD orders will be automatically canceled, and only pre-paid orders will be processed and delivered.
• Cinderella Service: Orders placed using our Cinderella Service are subject to the same cut-off time, delivery schedule and conditions as our Next Day Delivery service.

Next Day Delivery

Order cut-off: 10:00 PM (UAE time). Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered the following day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed the following day and will therefore require an additional day for delivery.

Same Day Delivery

Order cut-off:

• Dubai: 3:00 PM (UAE time)
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman: 1:00 PM (UAE time)

Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time will be delivered the same day between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will automatically be processed for Next Day Delivery.

Remote Areas

Certain remote areas within the UAE are serviced only on Thursdays and Sundays, in line with our courier's scheduled delivery routes.

These include selected locations outside the main city limits, including:

• Abu Dhabi Western Region
• Al Ain
• Fujairah
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Sharjah (remote locations)
• Umm Al Quwain
• Ajman (remote locations)

Examples of remote locations include (but are not limited to):

• Al Dhannah City
• Ruwais
• Liwa
• Dalma Island
• Sweihan
• Hatta
• Shawka
• Wadi Shaam
• Masfut
• Falaj Al Mualla

International Deliveries

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, excluding custom clearance. Shipping rates outside UAE are calculated based on shipping weight and exclude taxes and duties at destination unless noted otherwise (additional charges might be collected at a delivery outside UAE)
