Inspired by Cinderella's story, we bring the perfect fitting experience to your home. Just as the perfect glass slipper was brought to Cinderella, we'll deliver a selection of shoes straight to your door, so your little one can discover their perfect fit without ever leaving home.
No rushing around the shops. No guessing the right size. Just the time and space to compare sizes before making your decision.
Keep the pair you love, and we'll collect the rest.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Favourite Pairs
- Click"Discover Cinderella Service"on any eligible product and select up to4 pairsyou'dlike to try at home.
2. Place Your Order
- Add your selected pairs to your cart and choose Cinderella Service as your shipping method at checkout. You'll only be charged for one pair(the highest-priced pair if different prices are selected).
3. We Deliver Your Cinderella Selection
- Your order will be delivered according to our Next Day Delivery service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times, cut-off times and service areas.
4. Try Them at Home
- Try the shoes indoors only, on a clean surface, to keep the soles in perfect condition. Please leave all tags attached and keep the shoes and their original boxes exactly as they were delivered.
5. Let Us Know Your Choice
- Once you've made your decision, simply email us at hello@bambasfootwear.ae to let us know which pair(s) you'd like to keep and which you'd like to return.
6. Prepare the Return
- Place the pairs you're returning back into their original boxes, together with all original packaging, exactly as they were delivered.
7. We'll Arrange the Collection
- Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the pairs you're returning.
8. Final Balance
- Once we've received the returned shoes, we'll process your refund or request any outstanding balance based on the pair(s) you've decided to keep.
Good to Know
- Cinderella Service is available within the UAE only.
- Only one Cinderella Service order is permitted per order.
- If there's a style you'd like to try that isn't included in the suggested selection, simply email us at hello@bambasfootwear.ae before placing your order and we'll do our best to include it, subject to availability.
