Just like Cinderella had her glass slipper delivered to try on, we want to bring that same magic to you — so your little one can try their shoes comfortably and without any rush.
Here’s how it works:
1. Measure First
- Start by measuring your child’s feet and checking the size guide for each brand — they’re all different! Click here to see how to find the size
2. Choose Your Favorites Shoes
- Select the model(s) you’d like to try and add one size to your cart. *If you’d like to try different models with different prices, please add to your cart the one with the highest price.*
3. Leave a Note
- In the Notes section at checkout, list the other sizes you'd like to try. *Please note: we can include a maximum of 4 pairs per order.*
4. Select the Cinderella Service at Checkout
- Choose “Cinderella Service” as your shipping option. Available only in the UAE (Western Region excluded).
5. Next Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 2PM will be delivered the next working day. *Cinderella Service follows the same terms & conditions as our Standard Delivery.*
6. Try On at Home
- Your order will be delivered to your home so your child can try the shoes on comfortably.
7. Keep What Fits
- Once you’ve decided, send us an email or WhatsApp message to arrange the return of any pairs you don’t wish to keep.
8. Refunds & Returns
- We’ll refund the shoes you return, as long as they’re in perfect condition. *Shipping fees are non-refundable.*
