Shipping policy

• Bambas Footwear delivers throughout the UAE and the following countries: KSA, Qatar, Bahrein, Kuwait and Oman.  Rest of the World please drop us a message here
  
• Orders are shipped on business days only (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays in the UAE)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE. Outside UAE, COD orders will be automatically cancelled, and only pre-paid orders will be processed and delivered.
• Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
• Shipping rates outside UAE are calculated based on shipping weight and exclude taxes and duties at destination unless noted otherwise (additional charges might be collected at a delivery outside UAE)
• In UAE, the orders placed before 14:00h (UAE time) will arrive by the next  day between 9h to 23h. (Note: From June 30, 2025, UAE deliveries will take 2 days during the summer period.). If you need your order faster, please drop us a message here.
• Shipping outside UAE depends on shipping partners but the usual delivery time is 4 business days.
